The Rehabilitation Board of Appeals is comprised of seven citizen members, empowered to grant, or deny appeals from the eligibility requirements of the Housing Assistance Program or actions of the Administration of the Rehabilitation Board of Review. The decision of the Board of Appeals is final. Action to set aside guidelines and eligibility is based on demonstrated hardship.

The Rehabilitation Board of Appeals is comprised of seven citizen members. Board members are appointed by the commission to three-year terms.

The Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month. 

Members who serve three full consecutive terms may be reappointed at the discretion of  the city commission.
