The Board was established by city commission resolution on May 21, 2001, to supervise and control the City of Royal Oak Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
On December 16, 2013, the city commission designated the current members of the planning commission as the members of the City of Royal Oak Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
The board meets as needed.
Members who serve three full consecutive terms may be reappointed at the discretion of the city commission.
