The Rehabilitation Loan Review Committee was created by resolution on March 7, 2005. The committee is to consider all requests for loans and deferred loans and either approve, deny or grant conditional approval recommending to the Rehabilitation Board of Appeals that it set aside one or more eligibility criteria due to circumstance or hardship. 

The committee is composed of the planning director or their designee, the building official or their designee and a community representative appointed by the city manager who has experience in banking, construction, real estate or a related field for three year terms. 

The committee will meet as needed on the 4th Tuesday of the month. 

Members who serve three full consecutive terms may be reappointed at the discretion of  the city commission.
